Full-Mouth Reconstruction

I have been going to Distinctive for almost 25 yrs. This place is amazing. From the front desk to the staff who works with you, they really care about your experience. They have always taken care of my family with respect and compassion. When an issue arises they do everything they can to resolve it. Especially when dealing with insurance. I am always amazed how they keep up with the technology, especially since AI will be now affecting all parts of our lives. They make sure they incorporate to make your health is at the forefront of everything they do.

This was the BEST dentist office I had ever been in. It was absolutely wonderful. The people was very pleasant. Very nice. Was very concerned about your comfort and your well-being. They could hold an intelligent conversation with you. Didn't make you feel less than it was. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience for me. I would advise every single person that I know to go to this dentistry. They are very very welcoming. You will not have a problem in going back to these people. The only sad part about it is I can only give five stars. Love these people! I am so glad that I chose them.

Dr. Elrod and their staff are the best! Everyone is always happy, friendly and very professional, and the office itself is very comfortable and inviting. The staff makes you feel welcome too. I have a son with special needs, and even he is relaxed when he comes here for his cleaning, and other procedures in the past. No complaints from anyone in our family!

Distinctive Dental is just a great dental establishment. Dr Elrod is very personable and really takes the time to find out your needs and expectations. He explains the process and finds the best possible solution to any problems with explaining the entire process. Also, the staff are amazing. They work with you and your schedule to find the most convenient time and are willing to do what is necessary to get you accommodated. Would not go anywhere else, as I totally trust Dr Elrod and his staff.

Everyone I met was wonderful, they gave me a tour of the facility and a gift for my first time as a patient. Dr. Elrod & Elissa were very engaging and I never felt rushed to get on with my visit and get out. They took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. Overall, Best Experience I have ever had at a dentist (or even doctors) office!

Dr Elrod and all the staff at Distinctive Dental were excellent at all the multiple jobs that they did to walk me through a journey after the death of my husband. This adventure of three+ years was made easier with the different dental assistants. I highly recommend this well trained and gentle staff.

Above and beyond exceptional service!! The office is stunning and the staff are exceptional. I'm definitely appreciative of the tour and gift! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time and didn't make me feel like just another patient. Most importantly, I felt comfortable and heard. My only regret is not becoming a new patient sooner. Never had an experience like that at a dental office before! Thank you DDS!
